Is this the first Show?

NO, this is not our first show, We and our partners have been hosting shows for years.

The show is open to ALL Consumers alike. However, only licensed beauty industry professionals and cosmetology students’ w/ credentials are permitted to purchase products deemed “professional only”.

 Note : there may be some sessions open to licensed professionals only.

 (All licensed attendees will be required to present a photo ID and one of the following credentials: -Salon or Spa business license denoting salon ownership -Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist license -Cosmetology school business, state license or ID Card -Active Class Schedule or Active Unofficial Transcript -Student Enrollment Verification Form)  

All sales are final, there are no refunds. In extreme weather situations, death of a close relative or medical emergencies (if Covid-19 related, you must submit evidence of a positive test within 10 days of show dates, if using a home test, place it on a sheet of paper with your order number and name and submit the picture) a credit for the next show will be given. Requests for credits must be submitted by 30 days after the close of the show at https://louihs.com/contact/

Complimentary education classes are included with your 1 day (that day only) and multi-day show pass and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. When Hands-on education and other advanced education classes are available, they are for an added fee and are limited by the number of seats in the room. Advance registration for these paid classes is extremely recommended.

Our sponsorship prospectus is still getting prepared. We invite all prospective Sponsors to go to our ticket page and sign up if you are ready or have questions. Don’t worry one of our Show Managers will reach out to you soon! Our sponsors get the Royal Treatment!

Heck yea! Our show is all about the industry and Our Sponsors. Reach out to a show manager and they will receive and post your content for you!

At the moment we do not have a wait list for any type of vendors. We will post any new developments on the ticket page and the Blog page.

All exhibitors are required to have liability insurance to protect your company if a situation should arise while participating in the beauty show: By attending; the Attendee waives all liability from the Show Host and Venue for any incidents.

NO, ALL HAIL THE KING! We admire the king but only aspire to be as influential as the BBS. Our show is cut from a different cloth. Expect the same professionalism on a smaller scale (for Now!!!)

All applications must be submitted and paid in full by a certain date.

Please visit our website at https://louihs.com/ under the exhibitor tab (when available). The floor plan can only be accessed from a desktop or laptop.

Note: only Sponsors and Premium Exhibitors will be able to select their booths.  Booth locations maybe subject to change. (not likely).

**It is recommended to use laptops or desktops; mobile phones will have limited functionality.

Shipping information is in the exhibitor’s service kit. The service kit will be emailed once a booth has been secured. Generally you will receive it 72hrs after your purchase.

Yes, cosmetology students over the age of 16 may attend. The student rate may be acquired with a valid student ID, active class schedule, active unofficial transcript or student enrollment verification form. There are student competitions available in Cosmetology and barbering as well. Students over the age of 12 are allowed to enter. (State Laws Apply)

YES, but the sponsor assumes all responsibilities for the trainee.

All guest must purchase a ticket. Unlicensed guests are permitted to enter the show, however, they are not permitted to attend educational classes. Unlicensed guests are also not permitted to purchase products deemed “professional only” in the exhibit hall. We strongly urge that children under the age of 12 not to attend.

We are currently in negotiations with a shipping provider. Check back closer to the show dates for more details. However, there are no shipping places on the exhibit floor to drop ship your packages after purchasing. There are both a FEDEX and UPS shipping offices in close proximity.

Bring your show pass/ticket, industry credentials and plenty of business cards. Show is the perfect time for networking. To purchase products, you may be asked to verify that you are a beauty industry professional or student of the beauty industry. If you are a student, remember to bring proof of current enrollment with you to the registration counter.
